Gmail/ Calendar to Google Tasks: Create Google Tasks from the contents of Gmail or Google Calendar Event.

SETTING UP GOOGLE TASKS

SETTING UP GOOGLE TASKS

  • Select the Google Tasks from list of service
  • Provide name of your service
  • Select task
  • Select the Action you need

SETTING UP CONFIGURATION

Configuration setup

  • Click on Create new service
  • Select Google Tasks

SERVICE NAME

  • Service Name is the name provided by you for your service
  • Enter the Service Name
  • Select the Task List

Create Task

  • Create task action to create task
  • Select the save check box
  • Click on SAVE button to save the configuration

CREATE TASK BY USING SERVICE

Create Task in Google Tasks

Click on Cloud Flow Director add-on

Open the mail / event that need to create

Select the Service of Google Tasks

Clicking on Service Go will open the following fields

  • Title

This field has the title of task

  • Details

This field has the detail of task

  • Due

This field is for task due date


Click on CREATE TASK to create the task in Google Task

Created Task

You can see the created task in Google Task
