Insightly
Create Insightly
SETTING UP INSIGHTLY
Select the INSIGHTLY from list of service
Type your API key in a text field.
To get API key, navigate to your Profile > User Settings > API
Click "CONNECT WITH INSIGHTLY" for connect with insightly app
The new window will open
Configuration setup
SERVICE NAME
Service Name is the name provided by you for your service
Enter the Service Name
INFORMATIONS
Show matching contact will show the contact if the sender is match in insightly
Show matching lead will show the lead if the sender is match in insightly
ACTIONS
Create contact action will create a contact of sender
Create lead action will create a contact of sender
Create opportunity will create a opportunity in insightly
Create project will create a project in insightly
Click save to save the configuration
INFO CARDS
Show matching contact
show matching contact will show the contact information if the sender contact is exist in the insightly
you can click on the contact and it will open the contact in insightly
Show matching Leads
show matching Leads will show the Lead information if the senderlead is exist in the insightly
you can click on the contact and it will open the lead in insightly
DO ACTIONS BY USING SERVICE
create contact TO insightly
Click on Maildirector add-on
Open the mail that need to save
Select the Service of Insightly
Clicking on Service create project will open the following fields
First Name
Last Name
Title
Email
Phone Number
Mobile Number
Fax
click on create contact
create LEAD TO insightly
Click on Maildirector add-on
Open the mail that need to save
Select the Service of Insightly
Clicking on Service create lead will open the following fields
First Name
Last Name
Title
Organization
Email
Phone Number
Mobile Number
Fax
click on create lead
create Opportunity TO insightly
Click on Maildirector add-on
Open the mail that need to save
Select the Service of Insightly
Clicking on Service create opportunity will open the following fields
subject as opportunity name
content as description
click on create opportunity
create project TO insightly
Click on Maildirector add-on
Open the mail that need to save
Select the Service of Insightly
Clicking on Service create project will open the following fields
subject as project name
project status(drop down)
content as description
click on create Project
